Nestled in the core belt of the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain, the Qingtongxia Production Base lies at 38° north latitude, the same parallel as Bordeaux, France, with an average altitude of 1,100–1,200 meters.
It enjoys an annual sunshine duration of 3,039.6 hours and a large diurnal temperature variation. The accumulated temperature during the grape growing season exceeds 3,350℃. Such uniquely favorable climatic conditions enable full accumulation and perfect balance of sugar, aroma and flavor compounds in grapes.
The soil is dominated by high-gravel sierozem and aeolian sandy soil with excellent drainage, driving grape roots to grow deep underground and endowing the wine with distinctive minerality and layered structure.
The base boasts precious 20-year-old mature vines with roots stretching several meters deep. Grapes harvested from these vines feature small berries, thick skins and highly concentrated flavor substances. Under the precise whole-process control of professional winemakers, every link is rigorously guarded, from manual harvesting and cluster selection to berry sorting. Adopting low-temperature maceration and prolonged oak barrel aging, the base focuses on crafting high-end reserve wines with grand structure and outstanding aging potential.
Huafu Landscape Series Cabernet Sauvignon Blended Oak Barrel Dry Red Wine and Huafu Spring & Autumn Series Syrah Cellar Aged Dry Red Wine are both brewed and produced at this base.
The Minning Town Production Base is located in the core producing area of the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain, sharing the 38°N golden latitude belt with many renowned local wineries in the region.
It sits at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters, with annual sunshine hours exceeding 3,000 and a diurnal temperature range of 10–14°C. Benefiting from prolonged sunlight, grapes fully accumulate sugar and phenolic substances, delivering steady and well-balanced ripeness.
The soil is mainly alluvial sandy loam from the Yellow River, rich in gravel with ideal water retention and drainage performance, creating a perfect growing environment for wine grapes.
Though the vineyards here feature relatively young vines, under the exquisite craftsmanship and strict supervision of senior winemakers, supported by scientific water and fertilizer management as well as advanced winemaking techniques, the vibrant fruity aroma and structural texture of young vines are perfectly integrated. The region features intense sunlight and a large diurnal temperature range. The sandy-gravel soil boasts excellent air permeability. Composed of light sierozem and sandy loam and rich in gravel and organic matter, it creates superior growing conditions for wine grapes.
The base mainly sources high-quality grapes from local farmers.
